SETTINGS

Try out below steps one by one and see if the problem is solved.

Solution 1:

Sometimes this may be due to bad signal reception on your device. Setting the mobile network to automatic solves the problem most of the time.

If not solved, Select Manually and search for the network carrier and select it.

Sometimes while the device in roaming state, networks like Tata DoCoMo gets signal from other leased Airtel, Idea or Vodafone towers through their bandwidth. So make sure to try out every network available in the manual menu. Most of the times it will be solved.

Solution 2:

Sometimes battery may be overheated due to excessive usage, this may result in that error. Remove the battery, keep it aside for a while, then put it back and turn on the phone.

If possible try with another battery, that may checks out. If the problem is solved the mobile network error is due to a damaged battery.

Most of the phones nowadays don’t come with a removable battery, if that’s the case let the phone cool down for a while and then restart.
