Guess the name of personality Wearing goggles.
He is IAS Amit kataria, during PM's visit to Bastar, Chattisgarh . He was criticized by whole electronic media of our country and the state government has slapped notices on Bastar Collector Amit Kataria.
Why?
Because he dared to receive PM wearing sunglasses.
It was a national news then.
While I was flicking through his career achievements, I came to know that he is one of the finest administrators of his area, without having any corruption charges.
Question is what he is doing now ?
He got promoted on the behalf of his satisfactory service background. Kataria has been promoted and transferred to New Delhi as Land and Development Officer to oversee land management of Lutyens’ Delhi .

He takes 1 rupees as salary and remaining he donates for welfare of this country .
