Step 1:
Connect the computer to one of the Ethernet ports of the router.
STEP 2
Now open a web browser and enter the router’s IP Address in the Address bar.
NOTE: The default IP address of the Belkin routers is 192.168.2.1.

After entering the IP address now click on login tab
Step 4:
Leave the Password field blank and click Submit.

Now under WAN, Click Connection type

Select your Connection Type and click Next.

Step 7: After submitting details click apply changes.
Note: now you would able to connect to your internet.
