The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 15th July, 2017 to Tuesday, 25th July, 2017 for the 18th Annual General Meeting and Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2016-17. The dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the 18th Annual General Meeting to be held on 25th July, 2017, will be credited / dispatched between 26th July, 2017 and 29th July, 2017.
