It was real. It was stunning. It was the Liv Envie Advanced Pro.

Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening,
After heading over to my favourite shop (obviously Tredz the bike shop) to do some causal browsing and looking at things I could add to my wish list, something beautiful caught my eye. Like a magpie to shining things, like Gollum to the ring I was drawn closer and closer and I had to reach out my hand to touch to check that it was real.

If you are a female rider or even a male rider you have to head over to the giant shop in Swansea to check out the amazing stock. The Liv range is magnificently crafted with a women’s eye in mind. (The Boys will all be jealous and will want to ride Liv as well) There is no wonder I was drawn to this beautiful bike. All the wires and technology are tidied away inside the frame making it look smart, sleek and sexy. To then find out that I was allowed to take it out, I was over the moon and literally jumped for joy.

It’s not just the Liv bikes that are sunning; all the cloths and accessories are lush too. Sometimes I wish it was social acceptable to wear cycling cloths all the time. Oh wait I properly do. (Please see photo of me in new PINK cycling jacket on a birthday day out) They are made for women and all there curves bums and lumps. So unlike other cycling cloths or equipment you don’t feel like you’re women in a man’s bike in baggy big shorts. You’re a lady on a women bike, looking smart and who is total kicking ass at the same time.

So I had the chance to take Envie out!! EXCITED
The route has to be methodically planed so that I could test the bike to its true potential. A few up hills to concur and few downs hills to sore down, some tricky corners to handle and some solid straights to power though. But no ride would be compete without a beautiful view or two.
So we set out one afternoon to see the sea, soak up some sun and speed around some corners. It was magical.

It was one of the best bikes I have ever been on. As some friends might tell you, I’m not very technological. But now I know and now I understand why you and I should choose the Liv Advance for your next bike, the components are second to none and of course the reason we all really buy new bikes, the “Aesthetics”…. they are beautiful.
Getting to ride on such a technological advanced bike was amazing. The Di2 group set meant it shifted though the gears so smoothly. It only needed a little tap and it would move into the big ring and you could turn on the gas and power on. You could feel the acceleration. This quick and efficient gear changing made the ride so smooth with no pauses or spinning legs when coming to an uphill or downhill.
After riding on my winter wheels for the last few months I forgot how much fun and what a different it makes to have decent set of aero wheels on. You just roll and it’s great. As a lighter female rider I often struggle to keep up just because I have less rolling mass. But with these wheels I was zipping past the big boys even going downhill. You can almost feel yourself slicing tough the air. That’s not to mention the bike is super light as well.
And it’s as if Tredz planed it and wants us to be together as both the bike and I were matching in Team colours. So not only were we were flying around we were also looking super slick and speedy.
The only down side of this whole experience was saying goodbye to the bike… I’m just hoping this is just a sabbatical and we are reunited very soon to do some damage in the 2016-triathlon season 
Thank you Tredz for the opportunity
Lets hope it won’t be the last.
