Eric Saueracker, a math and physics teacher at Hudson’s Bay High School in Washington shared a tweet recently of one of his students taking an exam. In almost all schools around the world, phones are prohibited in exam rooms as they can be used to cheat, but record players aren’t banned… at least in Saueracker’s school.
While taking their physics midterm, and aware of the rule that no cell phones can be brought into examination rooms, Saueracker’s students witnessed one of their fellow peers bringing in a record player. Saueracker tweeted a picture of @TheItalianPacca taking his exam while listening to College Dropout by Kanye West, on a record player.
Students are taking their Physics Midterm exam today. I said no cell phones, not even for music since they could be used to cheat.
