Student Loans: the banks legal racket

yea so I was gone write something about final exams and College students boozing it up etc. And that post got deleted so now I'm gonna complain about the Student Loan racket and how these institutions of higher learning stand to profit along with the banks. I'm really talkin trash essentially because the fixed interest rate of a student loan is low-probably lower than inflation, but damn, I hear about people paying off college loans until their thirties; effectively guaranteeing banks income for at least a decade or more-from the millions of students who take out loans every year.
well how is it a racket you may ask. Doesn't that mean it involves extortion of some sort. Well according to the data those without a college degree stand to earn several hundred thousand dollars less or more over the course of their lifetime. So, all those bullshit arguments about you don't need a college education etc. You can get work is bullshit. You will get paid less. You won't be "management material". Your house will suck. Your car will break down. You will settle for a spouse thats less than what you expected. Your quality of life and life expectancy will decrease. Therefore your best option is to get that university/college degree by any means. What is that you say you're one of the millions of students or parents who can't afford to pay for the ever increasing cost of a university degree. You're going to have to take out a loan for probably 40 to 50 grand a year! Multiplied by 4 years and that's almost $200,000 worth of debt!
The University's are cool with it too because they know outside of their own "limited" financial aid that the banks will loan you or anyone the money, so those colleges and universities can afford to raise tuition rates 4 to 5 percent a year(more than the rate of inflation) and know that You'll find a way to pay. Otherwise, have you/your son/daughter forfeit over half a million dollars in potential earnings. You can't have that, and they know it. The banks know it too, and they profit and we pay. Fuckin bastards. Guess I can't complain too much. I'm a capitalist at heart anyways but it still sucks. Much like this post. I'd try to sound more intelligent and sophisticated about such a complex and probably interesting topic but I don't give a fuck. I have Student Loans to pay for.
