Onlookers in Chicago were horrified to see a naked man who had cut his own junk off get our of a vehicle and make a charge at Cops. Thank goodness for video because the incident was captured by a witness. The agitated 20 year old man had been driving erratically in the Irving Park area. Reports indicated that he had self mutilated himself and was bleeding.

Cops used dry stun techniques and tasers to get him under control. He was then taken to a local hospital for evaluation. His injuries were Reported as minor.

The witness that filmed the video stated that the suspect was vandalizing cars and taunting people near an elementary school. He was reported to be fully clothed and rolling around on the ground. It is also reported that the witness was yelling at the cops to shoot the man as in this is the situation when you shoot somebody. Classic.
