As you are well aware, I am a big fan of recycled carpet Tiles. If you are looking for design ideas for your floor coverings, Carpet Tiles are an excellent choice. Recently my friend layed carpet tiles in her kitchen over her existing floor. The kitchen was originally tiled with pale blue ceramic tiles, some were cracked and the overall look was scungy.
She bought 30 carpet tiles (600 x 600 size) in a light cofee colour from McMATS Recycled Carpets. In total the DIY renovation job cost $198, plus there were some left over carpet tiles to keep as spares in case any need to be replaced at a later stage.
Imagine how nice it is going to be in winter? Making that morning cup of coffee will be much more pleasurable when your footsies are warm, don't you agree?
