Further details would be required from the customer to fully explain the exact circumstances.

However, items from our suppliers do impact on delivery when the surfaces are scratched/damaged meaning our factory cannot produce your bespoke items in the timely manner we would expect. To produce bespoke and custom items can take longer when we have these supplier issues.
