LaView’s new Camera has landed – bigger than before, twice the resolution size than 4MP. You read that right, its 8MP (otherwise also known as 4K) is now available for purchase. If you already own a 4K NVR you can add it to your existing LaView system, or you can upgrade some of your older cameras with this brand new camera. Boasting with image capture size of 3840 x 2160, you will never have to worry about blurred pixel image ever again.
The camera is available in both traditional bullet and dome styles to fit your needs, be it a business or for your private home. It has all the LaView standard technology from our other cameras such as 100ft night vision with Matrix IR, wide viewing angle, and metal casing to ensure durability in all weather as well as potential vandalism. Motion alert is now smarter than before, with advanced line crossing and intrusion alerts. Facial detection ability is now available, perfect to install in restricted areas where there shouldn’t be any random people roaming about.
Some other notable upgrades are H.265+ compression technology which allows you to save up to 83% storage space compared to its predecessors. Thanks to new smart encoding technology it allows the camera to efficiently store only what’s important to you. Don’t get stuck watching falsely motion triggered videos that take up valuable storage space in your hard drive ever again. The 4K camera also features advanced WDR (wide dynamic range) to ensure it can record images fluidly regardless of lighting conditions. The system will automatically detect strong or weak illuminated areas to adjust accordingly, so that you do not miss a thing.
