New condos are going fast in Downtown Naples, where the newest construction homes of Naples Square are nearing a sellout. Units within Phase Iii of the property are currently up for sale, and less than one-third of all units still remain available. Those units already sold include one of the building’s three furnished models. As well two floor plans within Phase III, the Emerson and Dorset are also already sold out. Many of the newer floor plans are larger than those presented in Phase I of Naples Square. The development offers a variety of one- to three-bedroom plus a den floor plans, also enjoying terraces and open living space.
