2mm metallic tiny cord (others called it as glittered tiny cord)
Frame Kiss Clasp Lock 9x6.3cm
Needle
Nylon thread (.025)
Note: You can use Red Heart High Bulk acryclic yarn or similar if tiny cord is not available.

Ch 13.
Rnd 1: 2 sc in 2nd st from hook, sc 10, 3 sc in last st. Working on the other side, sc 10, sc in last st. Sl st to join. (26 sts.)
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in same st, 2 sc in next st, sc 10, 2 sc in next 3 sts, sc 10, 2 sc in last st. Join. (32 sts)
Rnd 3: Ch 1, sc in same st, sc across until end. Join.(32 sts)
Rnd 4-10: Repeat Rnd 3. (32 sts) Fasten off.
Now we will be working on the flap / sides of the purse. You should have 16 sts on each side.
Rnd 11: Start at one side of the purse. Join the cord at first st, ch 1, sc dec in first 2 sts, sc 12, sc dec in next 2 sts (14 sts). Turn. Ch 1.
Rnd 12: Sc dec in first 2 sts, sc 10, sc dec in last 2 sts. (12 sts). Turn. Ch1.
Rnd 13: Sc in first st and onto remaining sts. (12 sts) Turn. Ch 1.
Rnd 14: Sc dec in first 2 sts, sc 8, sc dec in last 2 sts. (10 sts). Turn. Ch 1.
Rnd 15: Sc in first st and onto remaining sts. (10 sts) Turn. Ch 1.
Rnd 16: Sc dec in first 2 sts, sc 6, sc dec in last 2 sts. (8 sts). Turn. Ch 1.
Rnd 17: Sc dec in first 2 sts, sc dec in next 2 sts, sc dec in next 2 sts, sc dec in last 2 sts. (4 sts) Fasten off.
Repeat 11-17 on the other side.
Sewing the edge: (You may use an ordinary thread instead of a nylon thread.) I found this a bit harder. You may follow these pics or you may visit this link for a video tutorial. I found this very helpful.
