Let me tell you just how much I love the NEW Swirly Bird Stamp Set with coordinating Thinlits!  This set is so adorably whimsical and I think you’ll find it is very versatile!  I am in love and had so much fun with the Swirly Bird Sneak Peek that I am sharing with you today. The card also features the new In-Color, Peekaboo Peach and the Thoughtful Banners Stamp Set. 

The card front consists of Peekaboo Peach as the card base layered with Whisper White.  I started by stamping with the hardwood background stamp using Sahara Sand.  Next, I used the “line” stamp from the Swirly Bird Stamp Set as the stems of the flowers were stamped using the Emerald Envy Classic Ink which is another NEW In-Color that you are certainly going to love.  On this Swirly Bird Sneak Peek I then stamped the background of each flower using Watermelon Wonder for the center flower, Peekaboo Peach for the top flower and Calypso Coral for the bottom flower.

As a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, one of my favorite features and a great savings value are the bundles offered by Stampin’ Up!  And the Swirly Bird Stamp Set is no exception in that it can be purchased as a bundle with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies.  As I continued to assemble my Swirly Bird Sneak Peek card I used the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits dies to cut out the circle swirls which I used to create whimsical flowers.  I also stamped the leaves with Emerald Envy which are stamped off for the leaf then the vein stamped at full strength and cut out with the Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies.  The small flowers from the Swirly Bird stamp set were stamped using the Peekaboo Peach and Calypso Coral Classic Ink then randomly placed around the swirls.  The Basic Jewel Rhinestones finish off the flowers.
