The BEST place to farm gold is in the left instance inside Scarlet Monastery. You will have to fight through the first part since you can't run by the scarlet dudes yet but the real money is in the cemetery. The undead in there drop hella bank and many magical items. The best source of cash are the group of 3 ghosts, "unfettered spirits," which usually drop about 5 silver each.
About three hours there at your level probably equates to about 15-25 gold depending on drops. You will also get boat loads of silk in the process which you can then sell by the bulk netting fast cash. Good luck.
(EDIT: I would recommend having instant Arcane Explosion in order to dispense the groups of 3 ghosts in the most efficient manner.)
