Good Sunday morning all! I was going for a vintage sort of sewing themed card with this one. I started with a piece of black card. I used an old hexagonal design stamp to add some watermark detail to the background by inking it with a
Clear Perfect Medium pad. I dug through my stash and found some old vintage looking newspaper printed paper to use (sorry, I don't know what company it was from) I used the
Double Stitched Rectangles to cut a base for the sewing machine which is a die in the
Sewing Accessories die set. I added some heart buttons in the corner. I wrapped some
jute twine around the card and attached my sentiment over the top on another small piece of the same backing paper. I used the pinking square die from the set to cut several swatches from some decorative papers. I cut several of the spool dies and wrapped them with twine and
black and white Bakers Twine and added them to the corner with a button die cut. I used milk card and black card to mat and layer the card. The finished dimensions are 7 1/2" x 8 1/4" in size.
