This was one of my favorite drinks of one of my best friends. We lost her 3 months ago to cancer.
The 23rd. would have been her birthday. Still miss her very much.
This recipe's in her honor.
4 - 6 oz. Light or dark rum
4 - 6 c. cola (regular or diet)
2 limes
Ice
4 - 6 c. cola (regular or diet)
2 limes
Ice
Cut 1 lime in quarters, set aside.
Cut other lime in half, set aside.
In the bottom of each of the 4 clean glasses place ice, add rum.
Squeeze lime halves over the rum, top off with the cola. Stir to mix.
Garnish with lime quarters.
Serves 4.
