Whiskey Sweet and Sour

This is a great cocktail for serving n St Patrick's Day or anytime. 

I've used Pure Maple Syrup but you can also use sugar or honey if desired.

You can adjust amount of sweetness desired.


In the bottom of a clean cocktail glass pour in maple syrup. Add 1 - 2 ice cubes.

Pour whiskey over ice cubes. Add lemon juice, adjust to taste. Stir to mix.

Serves 4.
