The cut out became slightly smaller due to melting cutting edge.

Cutting edge was burnt and had soot on the surface.
It smelt like burning and smoke was emitted so ventilation is necessary.

Could not cut at 800F, 100%, 3 repeats.
When cut at 500F, 100%, 3 repeats, the carton was caught on fire so we had to stop.
Finally at 1000F, 100%, and 4 repeats, we were able to cut the material.
As was the case for cardboard, please ventilate well while processing as there will be burning smell and smoke.
