Could Hgh Increase your life expectancy?

An experiment in which rats were kept on a calorie controlled diet produced
the most dependable extension of life span.

These rats kept on a calorie controlled diet had a life span equivalent to
twice the average for that species.

In human terms this is about 160 years life span.

Dr William Sonntag at the School of Medicine in North Carolina studied the
effects on the levels of IGF-1 and HGH in the diet controlled animals.

Naturally the total of IGF-1 and HGH would decrease as the animal aged.
However, Sonntag found this was not the case with these animals.

Rats fed on a restricted diet, at the age of 26 months, which is old for a
rat,showed the approximate levels of growth hormone of a young animal.

Also new protein in the heart and diaphragm increased by 70 per cent
and 30 per cent respectively compared with unrestricted animals.

These results raised the question, Will HGH replacement therapy assist
older people as an anti-aging medicine?

A large group of older people were given HGH replacement therapy which
appeared to help the quality of life factors including longevity and
awareness.

It was reported that 900 patients aged 39-74 returned 320 self assessment
forms which indicated a 61 per cent increase of IGF-1 and HGH. It was
noted the the most improvement occurred in the patients most deficient
in HGH.

It was also discovered 88 per cent reported better muscle strength, 76per cent
said that they had greater sexual activity and 64 per cent indicated they
had a better memory.

Side effects were fluid retention and joint pains. The few occurrences
of side effects were thought to be due to the low dosage of 4-8IU's
per week, divided into equal parts given in the morning and night.

These results were promising and are useful as a guide when deciding on your
