Omega-3 And Depression


There are different natural and herbal remedies used for depression. Omega-3 Fatty Acids is one of the  supplements a depressed person can take to get out of depression. Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of good fat needed for normal brain function. Our bodies can't make omega-3s on their own, so we must obtain them through our diet.

Omega-3 could help protect the brain against Parkinson's disease. Studies suggests that DHA deficiency is a risk factor for developing Parkinson's disease and Omega-3 could help protect againt Parkinson’s disease.

Omega-3 might be the key to healthier skin, hair and nail. Add Omega-3s to your physician’s recommended daily nutrition, exercise, and medication program to help keep your skin, hair and nails looking, and feeling great.
