Workout Log Week 6, Day 4 - Chest

My acne marks have reduced dramatically since I started workout. I don't know if fitness can help with acne problems. None of the general acne skin care products that I used in the past worked this good. Perhaps because I eat healthy and do exercise regularly, that is my natural acne treatment.

Dumbbell Bench Press 9kg(20lb) 12/10
- Superset - Chest Press 15.8kg(35lb) 15
- Superset - Chest Press 20kg(45lb) 10
Incline Dumbbell Press 6.8kg(15lb) 10/10
- Superset - Pec-Dec Flye 15.8kg(35lb) 12
- Superset - Dumbbell Fly 3.4kg(7.5lb) 10
