Why Ancient Wisdom and Modern Science?

Traditional, primitive and non-modernised diets were developed and proved over thousands of years. People living in harmony with nature practised trial and error and over time learnt more and more. They learnt what could or could not be eaten, as well as how to prepare foods to avoid harmful substances and gain maximum Nutrition. Furthermore, they had an absence of modern artificial, man-made and refined foods, which cause great harm to us. This Ancient Wisdom and absence of modern dangers are what made up traditional diets. These diets have been proven to ensure excellent health.

Modern science has the potential to reveal to us the exact workings of food and nutrition. While primitive peoples developed and practised healthy diets naturally, modern science can tell us why these diets worked. It can tell us the exact factors and requirements of diets for optimal health. It can help us understand how to apply good nutrition, which non-modernised people had naturally, in our modern world. Furthermore, it offers us the chance to learn as much as we can about our nutritional requirements, and develop the absolute best diet possible.

What we are not basing this nutrition on is politics. Unfortunately, much of the conventional information we get fed about nutrition at the moment is untrue or misleading. It gained its influence by being promoted by groups whose interest is their own money-making, not our health (there will be more on this later). If you take a true, honest look at both ancient wisdom and modern science, it proves some truths about nutrition that are quite different to what we're usually told.
