For my first Exercise of the day post, I will start you off easy..lol. This simple exercise is something you do already on a daily basis, and it's very easy. Exercise of the day for June 18, 2010 is Walking. That's right, walking even if it's just for 10-20 minutes or if you have to work, take a half hour of your lunch break and walk. It's good for your mind, heart and your soul. So let's get up and start walking.
