I promised that I would upload some photos of the shoes that I am wearing to train for a Marathon (these were suggested by the nice people at Millets). So here they are:
Pretty cool eh? I will also be using these to wlak the marathon as well. As its a bad idea to try and break into new shoes on the day of the event! They are Merrell Vibram, in case you want to find a pair.
Anyway since I have a 3 mile walk to do tomorrow, I need to carry on.
