I was at the farmer's market this afternoon (at the Nat Bailey Stadium) and decided to try out the Food at Off the Wagon.  It's a traveling taco tralier and everthing is gluten-free and a lot is local too. They have one dish that is vegan, it's a yam and black bean taco, really great!  See pictures below.
