My Weekly Eating Plan: Week of Feb. 14, 2011

Monday
Breakfast: Whole wheat bagel with butter; decaf coffee with cream (my indulgence which I am not prepared to give up...yet)

Snack: Oatmeal (made with hot water), blueberries, 1 tsp ground flax seeds, banana

Lunch: Homemade tuna salad with celery (no mayo) on 1 slice whole wheat bread; 1 cup of baby carrots

Snack: Dove Milk Chocolate Hearts (3?), espresso with cream (?)

Dinner: Amy's Kitchen Texas Veggie Burger, garden veggie tortilla, salsa, black beans, spinach; side of celery (raw, 1 stalk)

Snack: 1/2 grapefruit

Tuesday
Breakfast: Plain bagel with butter; decaf coffee with cream (my indulgence which I am not prepared to give up...yet)

Snack: Yogurt (nonfat, vanilla bean), blueberries, 1 tsp ground flax seeds, banana

Lunch: Subway Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Flatbread; 1 cup of baby carrots, raw

Snack: Dove Milk Chocolate Hearts (3?), espresso with cream (?)

Dinner: Amy's Kitchen Texas Veggie Burger, garden veggie tortilla, salsa, black beans, spinach; side of celery (raw, 1 stalk)

Snack: 1/2 orange

Snack: 1/2 orange

Dinner: Amy's Kitchen Texas Veggie Burger, garden veggie tortilla, salsa, black beans, spinach; side of celery (raw, 1 stalk)

Snack: 1/2 orange
