I have been busy, but staying on track. Up early at 6:45 this Morning, jumped on the bike and got in 30 min.. I will be having 1/2 cup of oatmeal with dried cranberries this morning for breakfast. My work snack is a mix of raw almonds and dried cherries with protein water. Feeling pretty good today, sat outside and enjoyed a cup of coffee..the weather is great again today and it was so peaceful just to take a few minutes to relax and appreciate it. I think it's very important to take a moment and just stop, look, and listen...it's good for adjusting your attitude and putting things into perspective.
