Monday, July 27th

I woke up early and got on the Bike first thing, it was already 80 in the house at 7 this morning. Really grateful I work in a store with air conditioning. When I got home I turned on our air in the living room and cooled it off before getting on the bike again for another 30 minutes. Breakfast this morning was some left over chicken stir fry and 3 small blueberries pancakes (batter made with sugar substitute). I had a Fiber One bar for my snack and 1/2 bottle of water. For my lunch I had watermelon, cherries, and a Slim Quick (appetite control). Dinner was BBQ roast beef on a 1/2 a hamburger bun with a small portion of macaroni salad (made with light mayo). Having popcorn and watermelon for my snack later. All in all I feel great today, lots of energy and a good mood.
