Ginger is one of my favorite flavors....so versatile! Great in sweet or savory dishes of so many cultures. So I was ready to Love these little cookies! Unfortunately, it was more of a Like than a Love reaction. A little too grainy, a little too sandy, but lovely flavor. Perfect size, not too big.
