  3. Instead eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

  5. Eat foods that are high in fiber such as lettuce, pears, blueberries, apples, strawberries, peas, baked potatoes, oatmeal, dried dates, raisins and many more.

  6. Drink lots of water in a day. Water flushes the toxins that are stored in the body.

  7. Vitamin E should be consumed in large quantity as it helps fight against impotence.

  8. Ginger is an herb which plays an important role in curing many problems such as impotence and premature ejaculation. Similarly garlic can also be included in the diet so as to cure impotency.

  9. Apart from diet, there are certain solutions which can be implemented by a man to fight against impotence such as reduction in the level of smoking, alcohol consumption and a stop to drugs consumption.

  10. Regular exercise can help to improve the blood circulation.
