Ingredients :
Wheat flour 2 cups
Water 1 and a half cup
Oil 2 t/s
Green chilies 4 to 5 (pieces)
Onion chopped 1
Curds 1/4 cup
Muster seeds 1 t/s
Salt to taste
Preparation Method :
Take wheat flour in a container and add water, curds , chopped onions and salt.
Heat oil and put muster seeds and green chilies.
Add these to the paste in the container.
Heat a thick dosa griddle or pan
Pour a ladle full of batter in center.
When hot spread thinly like pancake,
when batter has cooked a bit drizzle some oil or ghee on it. .
when it becomes Golden color remove it .
You can eat this with chutney, sambhar, curds
