We all have embarassing moments and then we have these hilarious encounters. The teachers at Total Yoga are no exception, we’ve had our oops moments too! Giggle all the way to yoga, with our funny Total yogi true tales.

Vipareet asana for the Tshirt

“I had an early morning class. Thus, was rushing-huffing-puffing. I started the class and the students looked at me funny. But, I smiled and carried on, blaming morning blues. In the mid, a student started pointing something, but I told them to concentrate on the asanas. It was only later, I realized I had worn my T-shirt the wrong way (inside-out) !!”

Not really in Dhyaana

“We had the teacher training test in the morning. And, I had the worst hangover. While the students answered the questions, I was asleep. And one of the trainees whispered, that the teacher was having a bad day. The other trainee replied that the teacher was in contemplation. What an exoneration!!”

Self Yoga Nidra

“I was guiding the students in Yoga Nidra. It was an intense class and a longer Yoga Nidra session. During the sankalp or breathing, I was too relaxed and went into Semi-slumber. And had these vivid thoughts of my to-do-list. I woke up to instructing my students what I had to do through the day!!” LOL

Mistaken Identity

“I was supposed to do a session in an office. I went to meet the HR. She left me waiting in her cabin. Her colleague came and directed me to his cabin. And started asking my aspirations in life, why I chose their company etc. I thought he was engaging me in small talk. Thus, I started asking him his aspirations, etc. He looked at me with wide eyes. And I gave the sweetest smile and maybe a haughty look. And, finally I asked, Where are we doing the yoga session?Understanding dawned on his face. And we had a good laugh at the mistaken identity, of the yoga trainer as a job applicant. ”

You know these people. Laugh out loud and keep guessing which anecdote belongs to which Total yoga teacher.
