[00:00:15] Good Morning and welcome to MorningCoach. Today I am so glad you’re with us. As you know my name is JB Glossinger and this is your personal evolution system. Thee place to get your day started right. Welcome, welcome, welcome. I’m so glad you’re with me today. Hey we’re rockin n rolling and we’re having some fun as always here putting some great energy out there because that’s what it’s about, getting your day started right with some positivity and being with you with the good the bad the indifferent. It was just kind of mentioned at the beginning of the video if you’re watching the video if you’re not watching it you know how I’m here every day 365 days of the year. I tend not to prerecord 4 or 5 in the can unless I’m going on vacation, and so you get me whatever’s going on and when I go through four days of of training it’s almost like a couple of triathlons in a row. It’s going to wear you out. I don’t care who you are you need those that recovery day just like a triathlon triathlete needs those recovery days. The only difference is they’re not there every day.

[00:01:15] So you’re not going to see the triathlete the day after or the next day after they’re usually recovering and then you’ll see them later and kind of the world that we live in now. The Facebook algorithem world everybody always sees perfection and I think that’s a problem because people start judging themselves against other people not MorningCoach people but

[00:01:37] a lot of other people. It leads to suffering because they say Gosh why can’t our relationship be that good or why can’t my health be that good or why can’t this work for me. You’re always seeing the good and not the bad and the truth is you know there is a little bit of the negative going on too without judgment. It just is what it is. With me being here you see the good the bad the indifferent, today I’m a little nasally I’m feeling pretty good after a sauna and a coconut water and I’m getting to it. But yeah I’m still not 100 percent and I know that coming out of a massive training like I did that it takes a few days of recovery and that’s why I do it. It’s part of it. What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger and so we get stronger and we keep going. This week we’ve been talking about focus and commitment. Yesterday we got a little bit deep and had a lot of fun with that and talked about the experience. Today we’re going to talk a little bit about financial focus and it is our prosperity abundant day

[00:02:29] on Fridays, so I do want to send you some gold dust as Katharine ponder taught us all those years ago that there is gold dust in the air, want to send you some of that so that you can have some of that but I also want to send you some energy for your health and some energy for your relationships and some energy for your spirituality because abundance is just not financial. Even though it tends to be that way. It’s also about all areas of your life. So a lot of people with a lot of money that are spiritually poor. So out of people a lot of money that are lonely and relationship poor. The truth is that it’s about everything. It’s the combination of all things that allows us to connect and really work together. We’re getting into that financial focus today and just a quick note I wanted to say thank you. Been getting in some e-mails on women in distress. A big thing with me is we have a lot of women that have gone through abusive physical and psychological relationships and a big part of my life is to help them. We’ve we’ve got some great shelter ideas of great organizations and I just want to thank you for sending those in because I’m reviewing them as we as we speak. Also looking at possibly adding a member of the team we’ve got some exciting news coming to try to get a little bit more organized and things moving a little bit faster. It’s all really on me right now and trying to get everything together from level two level three level four, It’s taking its toll. I’ve got a lot of work to do. This is not easy. I’m building a complete system and so looking for a little bit of support.

[00:03:54] We’ve got some great interviews coming up so I’ll be letting you know on those things too as we continue to progress and break in and try and get the content together. There’s only so many hours in a day and right now I’m shoving you know 100 pounds in and 20 pounds sack and it’s all good it’s all good, but help is on the way we’re going to get that solved.

[00:04:12] What is financial focus anyway. Well it’s the idea that you’re thinking about money consistently like it’s always on your mind.

[00:04:21] We have our finance group right and we talk about it on Fridays and we try to stay disciplined and organized.

[00:04:27] The truth is when we think about the financial focus is that people that really make money aren’t focused on finances. I think that’s what’s so important.

[00:04:37] When you focus on finances a lot of times you’re wanting the income to come in and you’re wanting the revenue to come in and when you’re constantly focused on that, you’re not allowing it to come into your life. There’s a lot of people that want money and that’s exactly what they get. They’re constantly getting the want of money and it’s not coming. The key thing in order for you to get breakthrough financially and the way wealthy people think is they think about return on investment and they think about OK. The other thing they think about is value. So they’re consistently looking up on how can I get a return on my investment if I do put money into something and they’re consistently looking about how can I create more value and in turn get paid for that value. If you can flip the switch to that all of a sudden you start thinking differently. For example with as well as bringing another person in and we’re getting ready to work through that and see who were going to do. One thing that I’m working on is to add value to the coaching community. There really isn’t a strong coaching association or course idiom out there, I’m debating on association of course idiom but I want to help coaches. I really do, I just see a lot of people floundering in that area. One is how to coach and to and how to build the business how do I help more people and one of the things here on MorningCoach I want to do obviously is reach more people.

[00:05:51] So I’m working on building an association for coaches that are like me that want to connect. want to learn and want to participate in something that will help them grow their business and grow their business and help them succeed at being a coach and a trusted adviser which is really what I do and what great coaches do. I’m working on that, so I’m not thinking about the money that’s going to be made with it. Obviously I have to charge and we have to build it in the right way. I’m thinking about what value can I add to the coaching community that can help the coach getting really in turn. They will pay because it will make so much sense for them to be a part of it. That is the value add. So I’m currently looking at ways that I can create value. You look at the MorningCoach system there is no system in the world that you’re going to get what you’re getting as we build out the connection, the community, the coaching, everything that’s coming through as you can hear at MorningCoach. There’s nobody doing this now, there’s not one person. OK that’s doing what I’m doing as far as getting the assessments back getting you in the levels getting into groups there’s just nobody doing that for that price and I’m doing it because I want to impact more people I want to grow it bigger and bigger and impact more people. Within the framework of the system the way that I’m building it I can do it but I’m looking at value right.

[00:07:10] The value is so much more than what anybody is paying for MorningCoach especially with my involvement. My coaching is two to ten thousand dollars per month and now that I’m stepping in and helping people as we elevate the levels it just gives people a real opportunity to grow. But I’m thinking about the value I’m not thinking about the money quote unquote money though we need money to survive. We need to grow it, we need to develop it. I’m focusing on how can I produce more value and then how can I get the word out about the value that we produce. Right. So it’s a different mindset it’s just not Let’s make money, let’s make money, let’s make money, or let’s do this to make money. How can I produce the right value where people are willing to pay me. That’s the idea the concept that I want you to get at. Whether it’s investing in crypto currencies whether it’s doing an MLM how can I provide value for somebody you know. An MLM for example we have a lot of members that struggle with the business right. Well the truth is if we really understood the idea behind the business is to help people really get their business going. There’s no other place in the world that you can start a business for 100 -150 dollars a month like you can in MLM and it’s a double edged sword because you don’t have much invested. So it’s not like you put 150 thousand dollars on a subway and you’ve got to pay the bank note, it’s really easy for people to quit.

[00:08:28] As you start working with the people you really got to stress to them that look you’ve got to put value out there and see this as if you put 150,000 dollars into it. Then same thing in anything that you’re doing that it’s always about the value instead about the money. And when you start thinking about that and you start focusing on that and you start putting that value out there the money will come.

[00:08:49] So rich people and money, I always get this rich people always think about money. No they don’t they don’t. Rich people don’t always think about money.

[00:08:56] They don’t need to think about ROI and they’re thinking about how can I put value into the world. That’s what they’re thinking about and they’re constantly coming up with ideas and thoughts in order to do that. OK That’s what they do. So you want to serve when it comes but you’ve also got to understand what you’re doing and how you’re going to utilize that revenue and how it’s going to work for you. OK so that’s just an idea that I want to get to you right now is the idea of focus on money. It’s not so much to focus on money, It’s more about the focus on the value that you’re going to create. What are you creating, what are you putting into the world that people are going to accept or people want to do. Now there’s another point that I want to make and you hear me talk about this a lot, is that I made a lot of interesting people. When I travel I go to these business conferences and I meet entrepreneurs I meet lifestyle entrepreneurs, MLMers, all kinds of people. The truth is this last weekend I was with Sir and truth training with some great people and one of the people had a great idea and he put his whole house into it, mortgaged everything else and it didn’t work. He was asking me for some advice and his hard sometimes when the market rejects your idea.

[00:10:10] That’s why you’ve got to continue to focus on value because even if the market rejects it even if the market rejects it and you put value out there, there may be something that will come out of it. There are times in business that when you’re focused on the money in the financial end of it, it just doesn’t work. OK. I hate to say that, I hate to say it but it is what it is and that’s where I think people take it so personally and they don’t understand the separation from business in life. Life is totally different than a business. You see somebody else doing it and you’re like oh I can do that because they did it well. It just depends on the circumstances and things that are happening right. Maybe you can maybe you can’t do it but the market is a very difficult thing to judge. If you just focus on value and whether it’s going to work that’s something a lot of people say J.B. but you never talk about work. I do go to work as if you own the company. How would you treat it differently if it was your company. What would you do differently, It’s a different mindset a different attitude and it will definitely be different in the way that you approach the job. That’s a great way to bring value. What can you do to increase your skill sets, what can you do personally to increase your skill sets, what can you read, what can you study, what can you be good at, what can you do that people are going to call you and say hey can you help me with this.

[00:11:25] Those are the things that we need to do. So again increasing value, increasing skills. Remember when talent matches skills, skill enhancement with talent equals genius. That’s when we really find something and it gets going. Do you get it. Are you constantly focused on money or not?

[00:11:50] How can you shift to move out of the illusion and really shift to where you’re manifesting more. We’re going to get to that in level four but what can you do now to stop focusing on money and start focusing on value because that’s what’s going to make a really big difference for you.

[00:12:05] All right so let’s get to our course. We are on lesson 19. We’re just flying through this, can you believe we’re on lesson 19 already. Again with the course the idea is just to think about the lesson. You’re not really trying to over analyze it we’re just trying to think about it, again whether you believe it or not I’m not that’s not my concern. It just kind of think about what it’s saying and apply the lesson.

[00:12:25] So today’s lesson is this I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my thoughts. I am not alone in experiencing the effects of my thoughts. I’m not alone in experiencing the effects of this thought about this pen. I’ve been using this pen because I always got it with the right. I’m not alone in experiencing the effects of the thought about this pen. So the key is you don’t want to do more than four these. As you go around you just say I am not alone in experiencing the effects of this thought about this cup.

[00:12:57] OK. As I drink a little bit of tea there. That’s what I wanted you to do. Just kind of go through the course and then we’ll get into lesson 20 tomorrow. Every day just one lesson, that’s it, and just think about it. You’re just going to go around four times a day and say I am not alone in experiencing the effects of this thought about blank. We’ve got it, we’re ready to go. It is going to be an amazing day today.
