South Boston Grows, and you can help

Join Share Our Strength's Operation Frontline on Saturday, May 15, 11 am until 3 pm, for a family-friendly day of gardening.

South Boston Grows aims to improve community green space and to increase knowledge of growing edible plans, with the long-term goal of increasing access and exposure to and intake of fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs among under-served populations in South Boston.

This promises to be a very fun day of Planting and gardening! 

· Children are welcome. (all children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
· We will be planting and gardening rain or shine!
· Let us know if you can bring your own work gloves.
· Lunch will be provided (we will try to accommodate dietary restrictions).

The service site is at 70 Devine Way, South Boston.

Street parking is available and the Andrew T stop is only a 5 minute walk.
