Semur Daging




Bahan:
300 gr daging sengkel, potong-potong
2 bh wortel, potong-potong
1 bh tomat, potong-potong
2 cm kayumanis
2 btr cengkeh
2 bh bunga pala
3 sdm kecap manis
1/2 sdt lada bubuk
1 sdt garam
500 ml air
1 sdm margarin

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan margarin, masukkan daging sambil diaduk-aduk sampai daging berubah warna.
2. Tuang air berikut kayumanis, cengkeh, pala, kecap manis, dan lada, masak sampai daging empuk. Bila daging belum empuk tambahkan air panas secukupnya.
3. Masukkan wortel, tomat, dan garam, masak sampai matang.
