Monday 4-12-10

Woke up early and tried my new wii fitness game...The biggest Loser. I tried a moderate Workout for around 25 min. just didn't seem like I was getting enough out of it? the calorie burn was really low, so I ended up jumping on my bike for 20 min. also. I ate really well today, but my hubby brought Panda Express home for dinner (My weakness) I couldn't resist the orange chicken. So after that dinner I decided to get back on the bike for a 45 min. workout and then did some light dumbbell work on my arms. Feeling pretty good today, work wasn't stressful and I feel like I'm finding my groove again.
