These articles are also very important for those who understand that I do not have Diabetes if I will never?

So let me tell you that this is such a most dangerous disease which is difficult to avoid and it can be at any age.

And to avoid this, no permanent solution has been taken so far, so now you can understand why this article is necessary for all of you?

So let’s start –

What is Diabetes?

In simple terms, diabetes is called when the amount of glucose in a human body’s blood increases significantly. That’s why it is also called blood sugar.

The energy that we need to run our body smoothly, we get it only by blood. The food we eat, we get glucose and it reaches every cell of our body so that we can find the right energy to do any work.

But if the pancreas is not able to release the right amount of insulin, then the glucose from the food we eat does not meet our body cells and glucose starts flowing in the blood. And when this process continues for a long time, the amount of sugar in our body increases significantly because of which it is called high blood sugar or diabetes.

What are the different types of diabetes?

  • Type 1 diabetes (T1D) –

This disease is especially found in children who are from 6 to 18 years old. In this, insulin release from the children’s pancreas either stops or is nominal.

Many people believe that type 1 diabetes is only in children but it is not. This can happen in people of any age. Yes! These are mostly in children but this does not mean that T1D is only for babies.

In this, you have to take a lifetime insulin injection.

  • Type 2 diabetes (T2D) –

This is especially for older people whose age is 25+. Because this is a completely lifestyle-based disease. This means that these diseases are those people who do not pay attention to their good lifestyle.

Such as the wrong diet, lack of Physical Activity etc. And another major reason for this is obesity. Therefore, the country where there is a lot of obesity, Diabetes is also found in the same country.

Eg – America, India, China and Brazil etc.

You can see its stats here – Country with highest diabetes rates.

Insulin is also affected by this disease.

  • Gestational Diabetes –

It occurs during pregnancy in women. When the amount of sugar in their blood has increased. But when a child is born then it is also usually finished.

But this does not mean there will be no diabetes in the future.

It ends up giving birth to most of the women, but after a few months or years, T2D complains.

There are mostly three types of diabetes, but there is something else – like –

  1. Neonatal diabetes or
  2. Genetic Disease Diagnosis

What are the main causes of Diabetes?

  • Obesity,
  • Due to genetics,
  • Lack of physical activity,
  • Wrong lifestyle,
  • Unhealthy meal or diet,
  • To eat more sweets or sugary foods,
  • Junk food,
  • Eating more medicines etc.
What are the early signs of Diabetes?
  1. Frequent urination,
  2. Frequent thirst,
  3. Too much hunger (every bit later),
  4. To feel more tired,
  5. Feeling weak,
  6. Weight loss,

Treatment for Diabetes –

  • Physical activity – such as running, gym workouts, yoga and any kind of exercise
  • Healthy diet plan (such as complex carbs, high protein, healthy fats and fiber etc.).
  • Medicines – English medicine, Ayurvedic medicine or home remedies.

If you adhere to my advice then there are only two cures for any disease –

  1. A proper healthy diet or meal plan and
  2. Physical activity.

If a person performs a regular physical activity and follows the correct diet plan then his blood sugar level becomes quite balanced, you can not believe it.

If you follow it completely in your life then you will not have to go to the doctor repeatedly and you will not need to take medicines again and again. And you will be able to control your sugar level yourself and you will not have to depend on medicines.

Because I have seen many people who have been able to control diabetes in just two ways (Healthy diet or regular physical activity).
