Well this is my first post in over a week, sorry about that but I have had a very busy week. Earlier on in the week I was suffering with headaches and lack of Sleep again, but by the end of the week things started to look up. On Friday I had my first neurology appointment which had been brought forward two weeks which I was happy about. I have been put back on Pregablin again to help with seizure and epileptic symptoms and also to help with my sleep. So far they are working for my sleep, at least its easier to get off to sleep.

The neurologist has also referred me for some scans of my brain just to see what is going on and to confirm or not if I actually have Epilepsy. When I told him that after having an episode I am confused and have slurred speech, him seemed to think that points more towards having epilepsy than not. In a way I want to be diagnosed because then I will have closure on knowing what it is and I can receive the right treatment.

All in all not a bad week and my anxiety and depression went through its usual ups and downs, but I feel happier now with a brighter outlook on things. That’s all for now and I will try and post a bit more regularly in the future.
