Tadasana Yoga – Tadasana or Palm Tree Pose is also known as the Mountain Pose. This yoga posture gives an intense stretch of the whole body.   • Hold this position for a few minutes with continuous breathing.
  • Repeat this yoga posture 3-5 times in a day.
