Haven’t tried Kohlrabi before ?

This is your chance – its crunchy texture and mild spice work well with gentle plavours so it isn’t overpowering




So how to make a Kohlrabi Smoothie

Ingredients:

100g Kohlrabi
75g Courgette
150ml Chilled Water
100ml Coconut Milk
75g Adocado, Halved, Stoned and Fresh Scooped from Skin
Juice of 1/2 Lime, Plus lime Slices to Garnish
4 ice cubes

Blend It !

Peel and chop the Kohlrabi and chop the courgette, add to a blender with the water and coconut milk, and blend until smooth and creamy.

Chop the avocado, add to the blender with the lime juice and ice cubes, and blend again until smooth, serve immediately, garnished with lime slices
