Take A 30-Minute Scenic Walk

Whether you live in a warm or cold climate, you may find taking a 30-Minute Scenic Walk will refresh your mind, invigorate your body and ignite your spirit.

The beauty of Walking is that we all know how to do it. You don’t need special equipment or instructions. You simply need to move.

While walking, take the time to let your mind rest. Focus on the sights around you.


If you have problems weighing on you, the walk will give you a pause from your thoughts. You may feel like you should use your walking time to figure things out. Don’t worry. • Comfortably swing your arms. Let them fall into your natural rhythm.
• Keep your shoulder rolled back with your chest leading so you are not hunched over.
• Activate your lower abdomen muscles to ensure you are walking upright.
• Relax your hips and let your feet roll from heel to toe.
• As you finish your walk, take a few more calming breaths.
