The world of natural Testosterone enhancers can be a confusing and complicated place. To make matters worse, I recently found two totally different products with the same name, one of which I have chosen to review with my analytical eye.

We have Vital Test Extreme, a relatively new testosterone booster on the market and Vital Test Extreme-xr an older testosterone booster by a legend of bodybuilding.

Always a fanatic of the alleged auction of copies, I had to opt for Vital Test Extreme.

Let’s start by talking about what Vital Test Extreme official website says.

Vital Test Extreme was made by Vital Test, a supplementary conglomerate also famous for muscle building supplements. According to Vital Test Extreme, its supplements are only manufactured with the highest quality, in controlled areas and only uses ingredients 100% pharmaceutical grade.

Vital Test Extreme seems to have gone a little further by avoiding being associated with bad supplements producers, possibly to establish itself as a solitary mark rather than to escape any bad press.

The ingredients and how they work

Vital Test Extreme requires 4 servings of 1 capsule per day for a full daily dose. Portions are taken better with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. It is a good sign as it shows that testosterone levels will be consistently satisfied throughout the day while using these products.

However, it doesn’t mean much until you see the ingredients:

Without proprietary mixes or mysterious formulas, this is much better for me to give a well-founded opinion.

D-Aspartic

A vital amino acid for the production of testosterone in the body. It allows the rise of luteinizing hormones that elevate testosterone levels in men. It also helps build the testicles.

Tribulus Terrestris

It has been seen to increase libido, and I can see why Vital Test Extreme included this ingredient. Unfortunately, it has not yet been tested and it has never been proven that this ingredient will improve testosterone.

Panax Ginseng

It has been seen to improve erectile dysfunction. Ginseng has been recognized as a natural fantastic testosterone enhancer, raising levels and offering a lot of other health benefits.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek a great testosterone booster. Works mainly with libido, fenugreek increases testosterone levels and offers many other benefits such as antioxidant.

Zinc

A great tool for the body to use for testosterone production. It increases the levels of DTH and helps the body release more luteinizing hormones, which are needed for the production of testosterone.

Pyridoxine Hidroclorido (vitamin B6)

Vitamin B6 works with testosterone by working with androgen receptors that increase testosterone production and helps suppress estrogen.

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)

It is useful in many body processes, but especially to break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates for energy.

Calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5)

It reduces the fat in the blood and reduces the cholesterol, which helps because both factors decrease the production of testosterone.

Selenium

It has been associated with causing increases in testosterone levels. It is usually found in foods such as Brazil nuts.

Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3)

A very important part in the production process of testosterone. Generally we get the vitamin D3 from the sun, but as many people do not expose much to the sun, the D3 helps to increase the amount of free testosterone in the body.

Side effects

It is a natural and safe product; However, there is a risk of a side effect that may occur when taking this supplement. As Vital Test Extreme has D3, without having K2, Vital Test Extreme runs the average risk of calcifying the arteries and soft tissues. It’s very unlikely, but it’s always a possibility.

That said, there seems to be much less power in the D3 and the D-aspartic in this supplement. They are very good ingredients, I do not know if the user could enjoy their effects to the full of high testosterone with this product.

Conclusion of the opinion of Vital Test Extreme

Vital Test Extreme, even seeing all its positive ingredients, could say that it does not use them in the most efficient way. More vitamin D3 is needed as well as include K2 to counteract its effects. Also the second main ingredient Tribulus Terrestris has not been confirmed to increase testosterone.

I do Recommend this product

Seeing on the website some of its ingredients, I think this product is more economical than other  testosterone boosters that I have reviewed a while ago with natural ingredients and results being tested. I mentioned it among my list of better qualified testosterone enhancers and you should check it out.
