What happens to your body when you get turned on

Besides the obvious signs of arousal (you know what we mean) there are tons of other changes that your Body goes through. Some of them are pretty weird, while others are quite inconspicuous and usually go unnoticed. We’ve rounded up five things that happen to your body when you get turned on.

You feel like you have to pee
Being Stimulated down there might sometimes make you feel like you need to run to the washroom. This happens because the areas that are stimulated are located near the urethra, and you may feel a stronger urge to pee if your G-spot is being stimulated.

Your pupils dilate
This is a classic sign of someone getting aroused. Imagine a cat’s eyes going completely black when she’s chasing a bit of catnip. Similarly, your pupils dilate when you see something or someone you find attractive.

You may get a headache
Something that helps alleviate a headache may sometimes cause it too. This usually starts in the neck and may spread to the back of your head, and the intensity of the headache might increase just before or immediately after an orgasm. These headaches most commonly occur in people who are prone to migraines.

You don’t feel as disgusted
Sex has a way of opening people up to new possibilities. Also, you tend to feel less grossed out about things like bodily fluids and certain fetishes. So the things that you may feel are repulsive when you’re not aroused might just seem doable once you’re hot and bothered.

Your lady bits change
While you may not be actually able to see this change, it happens. Your vagina goes through many changes when you’re turned on—the opening narrows, the tissues of the vaginal walls swell with blood, and the labia changes colour, from pink to bright red to even purple in some cases
