Home Remedies for Influenza

  • Take about 1 grams of cardamom, ½ grams of ginger and 1 gram of black pepper with a spoon of honey and consume it daily 2 to 3 times a day.
  • Take 3 to 5 leaves of Neem and chew it daily to purify the blood.
  • Take 5 grams of cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, clove, turmeric, and black pepper with 30 grams of sugar. Make a powder of everything mixed together and take it half teaspoon with honey twice a day daily.
  • Take a ½ teaspoon each of cinnamon, fennel seeds, and ginger powder and add a pinch of clove powder to a cup of hot water. Let the herbs soak in the water for 10 minutes, strain and drink the water.
  • Eat raw garlic - mince it and drink with a small amount of water

Influenza Tips and Precautions to follow

  • Take at least seven to eight hours of a good night sleep.
