2nd weigh in

well I haven’t been good this week. only tracked my calories for one day but I’ve been being mindful about what I’m eating. and been taking my xls medical max Tablets as often as I could remember

no exercise this week as I’ve been exhausted.

keep Falling Asleep after meals and tired all the time.

apart from the tiredness that fibromyalgia and diabetes cause I’ve also this week been diagnosed with folate  b9 deficiency anaemia which also makes me tired so that can’t be helping. 

I have to take folic acid tablets.

hopefully they begin to help.

but this Falling asleep after meals is really annoying and hard so I’m gonna try and eat less sugar and carbs this week to see if that helps.

anyway I’ve managed to lose 2 pounds this week so down to 14 stones.

very happy with that.

back in track with my calorie counting from today too.
