first weigh in on New plan

well I weighed in at the start of my new calorie counting on the 2nd of janruary at 14 stone 7  and I’ve just weighed in this morning and I’m now 14 stone 2 and a quarter.

extremely happy with this and although I went over my calories some days I tried to fix it throughout the following day by having less calories.  and exercising.

I’ve only done 2 thirty minute walks for exercise this week.

I also started Xls Medical Max strength tablets as well on the 2nd so I think this helped my weight loss as it reduces calories from carbohydrates, sugar and fat from my diet.

so in turn my blood sugar has also been much more stable.
