Health is all about well-being, not only free from diseases


The term "Health" means the complete state of being emotionally and physically fit. Health care is a place where peoples is cared in an optimal state.

WHAT IS MEANT BY HEALTH?

According to WHO, Health is defined as the phrase, "Health is the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being not merely the absence of diseases or infirmity."

More recently, health is defined as the ability of the body to adapt new infirmities and hazard. Modern science has proved dramatically increased the awareness on the health and how are their mechanism in last few decades.
Types of Health

The most burning topics of health that are discussed are physical and mental health. Spiritual, emotional, financial health are included in both physical and mental well-being.


Mental Health





Mental health is also an important part of the life to have an active life as the physical health. The mental refers to the person's physical, and social well-being.



It is hard to define the mental health than physical health because, in many cases, diagnosis depends on the individual's perception of their experience.

Mental health is the absence of depression, anxiety and or any disorders. It is also depend the ability to: enjoy the life, achieving the goals, balance and potential, feel safe and secure.


Their is the relationship between the physical and mental health. Sometime severe illness can affect the activity of the person's ability to do any tasks. These health problems can lead to anxiety, depression, stress due to money problems. Depression, Stress due to mental health can affect  the body weight and functioning. It is better to approach the health rather than it's different types of the health.


Physical Health



Traditional definition of health defines health as the state of being free from infirmities or illness. If she or he is free from serious illness then the person is said to be healthy. With modern medical innovation the definition of the physical health has changed. Today's definition can consider everything ranging from the absence of infirmities and absence of  diseases to fitness level.


Some of the components of the physical health, here are the list of the key areas that should be kept in mind: 

  • Physical activities : strength, flexibility and endurance.

  • Nutritious Diet : high fluid, nutrient intake, and proper digestion.

  • Hard drinks : avoiding the consumption of these hazards drinks and any other related substances

  • Medical- care : including minor elements or injuries seeking emergency care if necessary

  • Rest and sleep : having periodic rest and relaxation, along with high quality sleep.
