Today, I want to to talk to you about something that I’ve been trying out for a while now. It is a weight loss product and I’m really, really happy about it! The product name is: Eat Stop Eat by Brad Pilon.

Brad Pilon is one of the first guys who is making Intermittent Fasting diet plans incredibly popular. And now, I want to give you my hones review about this product.

I am really glad that he made this type of weight loss so popular! you know why? Because Eat Stop Eat gives results!

First, let me tell you what the product is all about

The Eat Stop Eat program is all about doing Intermittent fastening. This sounds fancy, but actually it is just “taking a break” from eating for a set period of time 2 to 3 times each week.

When you do it, it looks like this:

1. You fast for 24 hours

2. You eat “normally” for the next 2 days

3. Then you fast again for 24 hours

4. You repeat above steps.

Of course there are all kinds of variations to this kind of intermittent Fasting meal plans, but this is essentially how it works.

About Brad Pilon

Brad Pilon is a international author and a nutrition expert that now helps tens of thousands of people around the world lose weight through the Eat Stop Eat method. The funny thing is.. It wasn’t his intention to create this kind of program. In his post-graduate studies he set out to prove that intermittent fastening was wrong but he discovered that this wasn’t the case at all. How does Eat Stop Eat work?

Actually it isn’t hard to understand how this intermittent fastening eat plan works. When you’re fastening, your body is in a “fasted” stat, and so your body doesn’t have any new nutrients to feed itself on. As most of you know, to get energy your body eventually goes over to the stored fat reserves.

So when the “fat burning” kicks in to provide energy for the body you lose weight without you doing anything!

Let me tell you this in a slightly different way.

There are supermarkets, restaurants, there are fast foods, on every corner is a small shop with food…  We now eat so frequently and so much that our bodies simply don’t know what to do with all of it so our body stores it as fat for later use.
