  • Five drops of Juniper Berry
  • Six drops of cinnamon EO
  • Six drops of pine
  • Three drops of clove
  • Ceramic, marble or glass aroma lamp

Procedure

Take approximately 15 drops of essential oils and pour it in the water. Mix well. Inhale the vapors produced deeply for maximum results.

Ingredients

  • 20 drops of cinnamon essential oil
  • 60 drops of Lavender oil
  • 20 drops orange
  • A half cup of bicarbonate soda

Procedure

Combine all the ingredients in a mouthed glass jar and seal it tightly. Leave it there for 24 hours in order to allow the powder to be incorporated in the oil’s aroma. After 24 hours, sprinkle the mixture over the carpet, leave it there for 15 minutes, and then vacuum the carpet.

Ingredients

  • 3 drops of cinnamon essential oil
  • 1 drop of Lavender

Procedure

In a clean wide bowl, mix all the above ingredients properly. Once mixed well, apply the formula on the back of your neck and the shoulders. Use this mixture twice, six hours apart, before the event starts. Before covering your neck and shoulders with the formula, test it first in a small area of your skin. This is to ensure that your skin can handle the mixture.
